\u2022 Update customer orders into the software.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Check inventory and plan shipments & deliveries. Make requests for invoices for delivery.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate with Sales and Sales admin to make monthly order planning to ensure enough goods to meet customer needs.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Keep track of the progress of goods arriving at the warehouse.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate with sales to complete reports and general management data of the Corporation.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Responsible for the accuracy of orders on the system.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage the actual inventory of the Storekeeper, take general responsibility with the Storekeeper to ensure optimal inventory and efficient arrangement.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support the work of Sales Admin & Accountant to operate related work at the office effectively.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Make periodic reports related to the work in charge.<\/p>\n
