Import – Export Staff

Job Description

• Purchase of domestic and foreign medical equipment.

• Handling temporary export-re-import or temporary import-re-export goods.

• Handling complaints about damaged goods during transportation or missing delivery due to the Supplier.

• Support departments in monitoring and renewing distribution contracts with suppliers.

• Handle arising issues as requested by the Board of Directors.

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical/medical/biotechnology field is an advantage.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from College or University majoring in Import-Export, Logistics or related fields.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in import and export field.

• Đọc hiểu các chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu.

• Proficient in basic office informatics (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

• Proficient in reading and writing English.

Probationary period

Maximum 2 months.

Working time

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm), Saturday (8am-12pm)

• Holidays: Sundays and public holidays according to regulations.

Work location

218 Street 10, My Kim 2, Phu My Hung, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
