Job Description

Product quality assessment:

Get to know the product and manufacturer.

Understand product information: purpose of use, principles, technology, implementation, application.

Find out about real competitors.

Re-evaluate the quality of new products and products intended for deployment.

Complete technical process to deploy new products - Install assay, software to run the machine...

Instruct customers on how to use testing chemicals, machines, etc.

Plan for new equipment evaluation, new testing.

Provide full equipment usage procedures to customers.

Handling defective goods from customers.

Receive information from customers to support customers in troubleshooting directly and remotely, and monitor and support customers in running samples when needed.

Contact the manufacturer for appropriate treatment.

Support other parts.

Perform error handling, evaluation, and testing machine errors in the provinces.

Other jobs will be discussed during the interview.

Job Requirements

• Communicate well with departments and customers.

• Basic office skills.

• Skills in cooperation between departments and divisions in the company.

• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• Foreign language proficiency: reading and understanding specialized documents, writing emails, basic communication.

• Kinh nghiệm: Fresher hoặc dưới 2 năm kinh nghiệm

• Bằng cấp ưu tiên Cử nhân Công Nghệ Sinh Học và Cử Nhân Xét Nghiệm, Kỹ sư điện – điện tử

Probationary period

Maximum 2 months.

Working time

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm), Saturday (8am-12pm)

• Holidays: Sundays and public holidays according to regulations.
