Marketing Staff

Job Description

– Support business in building and implementing promotional programs and sales campaigns in target markets: 

+ Contact the conference to work on related issues;

+ Plan and submit plans to participate in conferences and seminars;

+ Responsible for finding sources for exhibition booth design;

+ Plan and introduce product content;

+ Propose to the manufacturer about conference sponsorship;

+ Make a list of guests and participating personnel;

+ Collect documents and images when participating;

+ Prepare gifts for guests.

– Coordinate with relevant departments to build appropriate selling prices:

+ Build standard price lists;

+ Create price browsing table;

+ Price announcement;

+ Sales guidance on pricing structure;

– Translate product-related documents provided by the manufacturer.

– Sales department support: 

+ Provide documents to support the sales department when working with customers: research, draft and provide documents;

+ Discuss and answer questions for customers.

– Technical support:

+ Provide, guide, and train techniques: test running, product application, etc.

+ Answer questions.

– Support product legal department:

+ Compile and translate technical description documents for product registration;

+ Provide, support information, documents, answer questions or discuss with the manufacturer if needed.

Job Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience as a product marketing staff.

• Good health, honest, careful, hard-working.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, etc.

• Priority given to candidates using fluent foreign language communication, have marketing experience.

Probationary period

Maximum 2 months.

Working time

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm), Saturday (8am-12pm)

• Holidays: Sundays and public holidays according to regulations.
