– Deployment of bidding documents:
+ Monitor and update information about bidding packages.
+ Prepare and submit bidding documents on time. Monitor and update results after submission.
+ Contact customers and hospitals to handle work related to bidding and contracts.
+ Prepare necessary documents to serve the bidding process and carry out annual bidding for hospitals on schedule (such as drafting, arranging, copying, photocopying, packaging bidding documents, contracts)
+ Collect information about competitors from the bids the company participates in.
+ Prepare post-sales documents such as: Acceptance, liquidation, sending debt documents.
+ Arrange to check the appendix and close the file.
+ Prepare documents for bid security.
+ Prepare documents to guarantee contract performance.
+ Other tasks from the Department Head and Board of Directors.
