• Legal advice related to all activities of the Company.
• Synthesize, review, update and systematize legal documents, archive legal documents related to the Company's business activities.
• Preside over or coordinate with relevant departments to disseminate/update new documents/relevant legal knowledge to amend and supplement current operating regulations, processes and regulations at the Company.
• Legal advice, support in the development of regulations and internal management documents; regulations on professional activities, internal regulations and other documents in the Company.
• Coordinate with Units in drafting/negotiating/signing contracts, transactions, and other documents; Legal review of contracts, transactions, products, internal regulations, and other documents.
• Be the focal point for carrying out legal procedures or guiding departments to carry out legal procedures and other issues related to the Company's operations in accordance with the law.
• Consulting and coordinating with departments to collect debts.
• Perform internal control work.
• Draft/review terms in international commercial contracts, supply contracts, cooperation contracts.
