Job Description

• Understand product information and features to introduce and advise customers (training will be provided).

• Maintain relationships with old customers, search for new customers in the area of ​​responsibility.

• Grasp information about competitive products, business market situation of the area, synthesize information, prepare reports and propose plans to the Department Head for activities in the area in charge.

• Implement a trained sales process to develop the image and professionalism of a sales person when interacting with and resolving customer concerns.

• Receive customer information and requests, coordinate with departments to resolve issues arising related to products or contract content.

• Be the liaison between the company and customers, ensuring product information and sales policies are always updated to customers regularly and accurately.

• Continuously monitor and update information on bidding status, understand bidding process. Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare bidding documents, price quotations, contracts, etc. Check and monitor contracts to carry out procedures for contract liquidation and contract extension.

• Coordinate with accounting department to urge customers to pay debts.

• Support the organization in implementing market development activities and promoting the company's products in the assigned area according to the general plan.

• Report/plan periodically as prescribed (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).

• Perform tasks assigned by the Head of Department/Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Education and Qualifications: College degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Laboratory Technology.

• Experience: Knowledge and experience in the medical equipment market is an advantage.

• Skills: Good communication, negotiation and presentation; Time management; Work organization; Office Technology.

• Other requirements: Good appearance; Honest, highly responsible, eager to learn; Ability to work independently/in a team, able to withstand work pressure; Willing to go on business trips.

Probationary period

Maximum 2 months.

Working time

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm), Saturday (8am-12pm)

• Holidays: Sundays and public holidays according to regulations.

• Unlimited income: Fixed salary 6-10 million + commission % + bonus (depending on ability).
